Fernando was an interpreter in the judicial system for 20 years in the State of Georgia. His experience motivated him to become a mediator, a profession he has practiced for 10 years. He also participated as a judge in International Mediation Tournaments Hosted by Brenau University, International Inter-Collegiate Mediation Tournament (IIMT), and International Academy of Dispute and Resolution (INADR).
Fernando is the Owner (CEO) at Andrade & Associates (A&A) Mediation and Peacebuilding Consulting Services, a Non-Law Firm.
