Fernando was an interpreter in the judicial system for 20 years in the State of Georgia.   His experience motivated him to become a mediator, a profession he has practiced for 10 years. He also participated as a judge in International Mediation Tournaments Hosted by Brenau University, International Inter-Collegiate Mediation Tournament (IIMT), and International Academy of Dispute and Resolution (INADR).

Executive Assistant: Laura L. Brown

Laura holds a Master's Degree in International Communications from Boston University, and she completed executive training in negotiation at the Program on Negotiation at Harvard University.

Ms. Brown is a social entrepreneur, author, and management consultant focused on Global Leadership models and practices, Integral business, and transformational communication tools and resources.

Laura has a broad background in management consulting, organizational development, and the design and delivery of strategic communication systems for some of the world’s largest and most successful corporations.


Chief Technology Officer: James Artemus III

Doctorate in Business Administration candidate with a concentration on project management at Walden University

MBA Business at KSU

BA in Psychology from Livingstone College

James is a Qualitative Case Study Researcher specializing in business and project management.

He is also  Seasoned IT professional bringing a global view and an entrepreneurial spirit to delivering mission critical application public cloud (Azure and Oracle) projects.

Real world experience, coupled with the recent attainment of an MBA, creates meaningful dialog with project stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
Broad background in software development life cycle management (SDLC) across telecom, finance, and hospitality verticals.

Chief Operation Officer: Kayla Hollifield

Kayla attended The University of North Georgia for 2 1/2 years to pursue a Sociology degree and later attended Chattahoochee Technical College for two years. 


She currently serves on her local library board, where she engages in public input about the future of the library and the services they need to offer to progress for the betterment of all people in her community. She is passionate about serving and trying to be part of the world's change she wishes to see. Kayla dedicates most of her free time to volunteer efforts around her community.
